Unpacking

Crush hazard from falling loadsThe controller and the shelf are too large and heavy to be handled by a single person. There is a crush hazard to extremities if you drop the controller or the shelf. Always handle the controller and the shelf with two people.

The device and its components are delivered in a box.

• ➤ Only grasp the device and its components by the right and left sides.

• ➤ Pull the device and its components, including the Styrofoam padding out of the box.

• ➤ Remove the Styrofoam padding from the device and its components.

Check delivery contents

• ➤ Check the delivery contents against the delivery note for completeness.

• ➤ Inform the manufacturer of any deviations.

• ➤ Check the delivery contents for any damages.

• ➤ If you notice any damage, photograph it and report it immediately to the manufacturer.

Dispose of packaging material

• ➤ Separate the recyclable materials of the packaging as follows:

  • ➤ Cardboard (paper),

  • ➤ Styrofoam and other plastics.

• ➤ Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner through a disposal specialist company.

• ➤ Observe the country-specific regulations at the place of use and contact your local or municipal administration in case of doubt.
