Assembly of the X series controller

Disassembling the Rack Rail

The rack rails must first be disassembled into two parts. Proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Pull the inner rail out of the outer rail until the Unlock Lever is visible.

  • ➤ Operate the Unlock Lever to enable removal of the inner rail from the rail set.

Mounting the Inner Rack Rail on the Controller

  • ➤ Secure the inner rail on both sides of the Silent Brick Controller Pro using the enclosed screws.

Mounting the Outer Rack Rail in the Rack

  • ➤ Attach the outer rails in the rack using the enclosed screws.

  • ➤ Note that the locking pins on the front of the rack must be used. These will subsequently serve to lock the Silent Brick Controller Pro in the rack.

Inserting the Controller

  • ➤ Now insert the controller with the laterally mounted rails into the guide.

  • ➤ After fully inserting the controller, both the guide rails and the controller's locking mechanism engage on the locking pin.
