The controller does not power on. |
The power supply was not correctly inserted. |
Slide the power supply into the corresponding slot of the controller until it locks into place. |

The system does not detect the Silent Brick Pro. |
The Brick was not inserted far enough. |
Ensure that the Silent Brick Pro is flush with the front of the controller. This requires appropriate pressure during insertion. |

The controller does not eject the Brick. |
The Brick is in use. |
When used as a VTL, export the Silent Brick to the export slot using the backup software.

The configuration interface is not accessible. |
The cabling may be defective. |
Verify the system's accessibility using “Ping” and correct the cabling if necessary. |

The SAN release via iSCSI was not found. |
