Monitor system status

Component overview

In the “Overview” section, you can view the operational status as well as the temperature of each component. Additionally, you will find an audit radar that allows you to see which Bricks are currently undergoing a Digital Audit.

To view the operational status of a component, proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Click the “System Status” folder in the navigation bar.

  • ➤ Double-click the term “State” in the main window.

  • ➤ The “Overview” section and the “State” option will now be displayed in the main window.

  • ➤ Hover the mouse pointer over a component (e.g., a Brick or a controller).

  • ➤ A context menu displaying the operational status of the respective component will be shown.

To view the temperature of the components, proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Click the “System Status” folder in the navigation bar.

  • ➤ Double-click the term 'Temperatures' in the main window.

  • ➤ A thermal image displaying the temperatures of the respective components will now be displayed in the main window.

To view the Audit Radar, proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Click the “System Status” folder in the navigation bar.

  • ➤ Double-click the term 'Audit Radar' in the main window.

  • The progress of the Digital Audit is indicated as follows:

  • Blue: Audit has been initialized.

  • Green: Audit progress.

To identify and locate a Brick, proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Click the term 'Overview' under the folder 'System Status' in the navigation bar.

  • ➤ In the lower section of the main window, select one of the options labeled 'Find Bricks…'.

  • ➤ Select the library, the barcode, or the description of the corresponding Brick.

  • ➤ The Brick will now be highlighted in white.

To locate a Brick using a light signal, proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Click the term 'Overview' under the folder 'System Status' in the navigation bar.

  • ➤ Right-click on a Brick in the main window.

  • ➤ A context menu will appear.

  • ➤ Select the option 'Toggle Brick Beacon'.

  • ➤ The Brick’s light signal will illuminate both in the configuration interface and on the component itself.

Refresh view

To refresh the main window view, proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Click the 'Refresh' button.

Statistics

  • In the 'Statistics' section, you will find charts displaying statistical data for the following areas:

  • System load,

  • CPU usage,

  • Memory usage,

  • Swap usage,

  • Uptime,

  • Interface errors.

To configure the timeline of a diagram, proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Click on a diagram.

  • ➤ A detailed view of the diagram will open.

  • ➤ Select the time span to be displayed.

  • ➤ To return to the diagram overview, click on “Overview.”

History

The “History” section provides information about significant events, such as installations and updates.

Refresh view

To refresh the main window view, proceed as follows:

  • ➤ Click the 'Refresh' button.
